A booking is considered legally binding once the client provides an explicit instruction to "lock in," "issue," or "confirm" a reservation after a quote has been provided. The agency acts as an intermediary; once tickets are issued, the agency incurs a direct financial liability to the airline and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

In accordance with standard industry practices, most tickets can only be voided without financial obligation until midnight on the calendar day of issuance. Requests for cancellation received after this window are subject to the full fare cost and any applicable airline penalty fees.

• Accepted Methods: Payment is strictly accepted via Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through local banking institutions (e.g., Republic Bank, Scotiabank).
• Third-Party Platforms: Platforms such as PayPal or Zelle are not standard options unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. The agency is not responsible for transaction limits, delays, or failures associated with a client’s third-party payment provider.
• Deadlines: Due to weekly IATA remittance cycles, all payments must be settled by the date specified on the invoice to ensure the agency’s standing is maintained.

• Non-Refundable Fares: Unless otherwise stated, most economy and promotional fares are non-refundable once the voiding window has passed.
• Refund Process: If a client requests a refund, the agency will submit a "Case" or "Application Form" to the airline’s revenue department.
• Payment Prerequisite: The agency requires full payment of the original invoice before a refund application can be processed, as the agency must first settle the debt with the airline. Refund determinations are made solely by the airline and are not immediate.

The client is responsible for ensuring no duplicate bookings exist. If a client authorizes the agency to issue tickets and subsequently purchases secondary tickets elsewhere, the client remains liable for the full cost of the tickets issued by this agency.
